The eTariff is a modern electronic fare system of the "Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar" (VRN) and is perfectly suited for Tickin. Your fare no longer depends on fare zones (from, to, and through which you travel), as it can be complicated and unfair.
In the eTariff, your fare is calculated based on the straight line distance between the departure and destination stops. Therefore, you pay for the shortest distance between the start and end – the straight line distance. Traveling a lot? Affordable daily and monthly limits complement the eTariff. It couldn't be fairer.
